1. Objective YourPrevention™ recognizes and celebrates the value and contribution each individual brings to our workplace and appreciates the value of attracting and retaining employees from different backgrounds. 2. Scope This policy applies to all YourPrevention™ Directors, employees and the core network of coaches and physicians and the medical and scientific board of YourPrevention™.
3. Responsibilities • The YourPrevention™ Leadership team has responsibility for care taking and optimization to this policy • The Managing Director has responsibility for the administration of this Policy including its reporting.
4. Policy It is an understanding that each individual is unique, and recognition of our individual differences. These differences can include skills, experience, thought, gender, age, disability, ethnicity, cultural or socio-economic background, religion, sexual orientation, political or ideological beliefs as well as other dimensions such as lifestyle and family responsibilities. YourPrevention’s™ approach to Diversity and Inclusion The strategic priorities which form our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy align to the current and emerging needs of the YourPrevention™ workforce and encompass gender, age and culture. Our diversity and inclusion strategy includes setting overarching goals and understanding for achieving diversity at different levels throughout YourPrevention™. The Managing Directors will oversee the development in relation to gender diversity. The objectives and progress against them will be checked regularily. 3 4.2. 4.2.1. Recruitment, Selection & Promotion We recognize the value of recruiting, selecting and promoting employees with different backgrounds, knowledge and experience. Our recruitment and selection processes identify candidates with the most suitable knowledge, skills, experience and personal values and as an equal opportunity employer, the recruitment processes are designed to promote equality. Testing, independent evaluations and behavioral interviewing are used to promote equitable and unbiased selection and promotion decisions. 4.2.2. Remuneration Our role grading and remuneration review processes actively consider equity in both grading and remuneration and we will continue to develop strategies and initiatives to resolve any identified gaps.
4.2.3. Career development and performance Employees are encouraged to develop and progress their careers through opportunities that build capability and all employees are supported to participate in career development conversations. Available opportunities for promotion and transfer are advertised to all employees to enable them to apply for roles and develop their career path. We encourage and reward excellence and performance is measured based on agreed goals to promote equity and remove bias.
4.2.4. Talent and succession planning Talent and succession planning are core practices within the organization and a defined process identifies high performing and high potential individuals across YourPrevention™. Talented individuals are identified based on their performance, potentials, authenticity and reviews ensure that talent and succession decisions are equitable, consistent and aligned to diversity and equal opportunity principles across YourPrevention™. The talent and succession process is used to identify candidates for leadership development programs and gender diversity is a key consideration during candidate selection.
4.2.5. Flexibility Our Flexibility Approach provides an equitable framework that enables employees to apply for flexible work arrangements, particularly employees with parenting, family, career, cultural and religious commitments. To ensure flexibility is implemented equitably, all managers are encouraged to support team members who require flexible working arrangements.
4.2.6. Gender diversity Gender equality at all levels of the organization is a key component of our Diversity and Inclusion goal. Increasing the representation of women at senior levels of management and Scientific Board will remain one of our strategic priorities on an ongoing basis.
4.2.7. Employee consultation Employees are consulted annually through surveys, focus groups and forums to gain insight into potential barriers to diversity and issues and opportunities for further action.

Directive on protection against discrimination, harassment and bullying Employees are expressly requested to reject any form of discrimination or harassment and to seek help in combating it as early as possible. First, each individual is encouraged to tell the other person that his or her behavior is undesirable and should be stopped. Furthermore, YourPrevention™ is committed to creating a work environment that is free from discrimination, harassment and bullying. These are unacceptable behaviors that will not be tolerated, whether they occur directly in the workplace or in connection with work-related activities, such as at company events or training sessions. The policy includes definitions and processes in the event of discrimination, harassment or bullying. The policy establishes a right of consultation and complaint for affected employees. It explicitly encourages affected employees to exercise this right and to seek appropriate assistance. It is obligatory for YourPrevention™ to take preventive measures within the framework of the legal provisions and also to initiate sanctions. In addition, and regardless of the above criteria, any type of bullying constitutes prohibited conduct. Definitions Scope Covers any type of discrimination, harassment and bullying behavior among employees and/or managers in the workplace or in connection with work-related activities.
6. Definitions Diversity is acknowledging understanding, accepting, valuing and celebrating differences among people. 1. Objective A healthy environment is an essential component of human bio-psycho-social health. YourPrevention™ stands as more than 20 years for scientifically proven prevention of diseases and has always focused on early detection and resolution of systemic causes. In relation to the "Planetary Health" movement, a holistic concept of health that seeks to address precisely this dovetailing of human health with the natural, political, economic and social systems on our planet is essential to sustainably maintain and promote health. In this context, role modeling and authenticity have always played a crucial role in conveying these values of YourPrevention™ in the context of the services offered.
2. Scope This policy applies to all YourPrevention™ Directors, employees and the core network of coaches and physicians and the medical and scientific board of YourPrevention™. It is furthermore an integral part of the contracts with any of our project partner and stakeholder.
3. Responsibilities • The YourPrevention™ Leadership team has responsibility for care taking and optimization to this policy framed by the principle of carrying out its mission in consonance with sustainable development principles, especially in the communities in which it operates. • To that end, it has drawn up this Environmental and Sustainability Policy (also the "Policy"), which is articulated around the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals ("SDGs") and YourPrevention´s™ strategic targets in its capacity. • The Managing Director has responsibility for the administration of this Policy including its controlling and reporting. He will oversee effective application of the Policy in YourPrevention´s™ everyday activities and regularly follow up on the level of delivery of the strategic targets deriving from its implementation.
4. Corporate Environmental and Sustainability Policy The purpose of this Policy is to define the Company's priority lines of initiative in the sustainability arena so that its performance is underpinned by long-term value creation. In general terms, YourPrevention™ is leveraging the SDGs to articulate this Policy. In this document it specifies which targets it considers a priority in light of the Company's scope for having an impact on both the social and environmental fronts.
5. Basic principles of intervention To attain the objectives stipulated herein, the Company has embraced cross-cutting basic principles of intervention which apply to all its activities and are directly related with compliance with this Policy. Holistic approach The Company's approach to the application, updating and fine-tuning of this Policy is crosscutting and holistic. The goal is to provide a guide for the Company's actions in all of its geographic markets, at every stage of the value chain and for all corporate events, to which end it will be adapted for the various environments, activities and geographies with which YourPrevention™ engages in the future. Preventive approach The Company deems that its holistic approach encompasses a dual strategy: amplifying the positive effects of YourPrevention´s™ activities while preventing the negative impacts, each with the same level of diligence. Accordingly, the Policy must also be applied with a view to preventing the Company's negative impacts. Transparency The Company will define the steps needed to ensure compliance with this Policy and its objectives. YourPrevention™ will define quantifiable commitments which will be reviewed annually. Core foundational objectives Framed by the basic principles of intervention, the Company has established four core foundational objectives which this Policy is called upon to pursue. • Having a robust and cross-cutting sustainability or environmental and social structure • Preventing and mitigating negative impacts • Fostering positive impacts • Developing a framework of engagement with stakeholders so as to enable two-way and mutually-beneficial communication for all
6. YourPrevention™´s commitments to its stakeholders With the aim of involving all of its stakeholders, the Company is committed to fostering transparent communication, underpinned by its belief that information generates confidence among those vested parties.
7. Environment The basic environmental objectives of YourPrevention™ are aligned generally with the SDGs. In addition, we implement the following measures: • Reducing the company's carbon footprint by using renewable energy sources as much as possible for the company's operations and IT ecosystems. • Saving energy consumption, using more energy-efficient system where possible • Reduction of emissions and pollutants • Recycling of waste generated in the company, especially hazardous waste (laboratory) • Promotion of environmental awareness and education, especially in the context of health and the interrelationships, particularly among children and young people, in order to encourage environmentally friendly attitudes and behavior • Continuous monitoring and evaluation, minimization and, if necessary, compensation of environmental impacts by the company
8. Partner and subcontractors The objectives YourPrevention™ pursues towards its employees extend to the entire value chain. The company strives to ensure that its partners comply with the principles defined in this policy so that the company's objectives are also implemented by all partners. For this reason, the policy is an integral part of the contracts that YourPrevention™ concludes with all partners.
9. Environmental and sustainability strategy YourPrevention™ has taken concrete measures to implement and comply with the targets defined in point 7: • Due to the high proportion of online services, emissions from travel have been significantly reduced. Wherever possible (in coordination with the client), YourPrevention™ relies on remote services. • The energy used in the YourPrevention™ offices is 100% renewable through own solar panels • The YourPrevention™ cloud infrastructure is powered by 100% renewable energy from hydropower o Our cloud-infrastructure relies on the power of water to supply electricity to its German data center parks. Its environmental partner is TÜV-certified Energiedienst AG, which generates green electricity from 100 percent carbon dioxide-free and environmentally friendly hydropower. o Energy from wind and water power Our cloud-infrastructure covers its entire electricity requirements with wind and hydroelectric power. The partner is the Finnish electricity supplier Oomi Oy. o Energy-efficient hardware For years now, investment decisions at our cloud-infrastructure partner have been determined by the issue of energy efficiency. In-house measurements are used to determine the power consumption of hardware and network components and are used as a key criterion when selecting components • Employees are continuously sensitized to: Saving energy through conscious use of artificial lighting and heating in the winter months, avoiding waste or appropriate waste separation and recycling. •
YourPrevention™ relies on job bicycles to minimize mobility within the city. Public nature of this Policy This Policy is public in nature and it and any subsequent revisions will be hosted permanently on YourPrevention´s™ website. Policy review process The Policy will be reviewed yearly. The main purpose of that review process is to adapt the Policy for new developments affecting the Company and its stakeholders so that it remains a good compass for the Company's strategy in response to its stakeholders' demands.
Any changes in the Policy will be approved at the Board level.
