THE INTEGRAL STRESS TESTS™

STATISTICAL FINDINGS

Over 5 years of data collection and statistical evaluation of the Integral Stress Test™ have yielded the following findings: 30% of respondents are at risk of acute impairment. They have pronounced symptoms that have significantly impaired life and health for a long time. 36% express a loss of quality of life. Although there is no acute danger, their zest for life and energy are noticeably reduced. Overall, only 24% of the people have a good balance between everyday demands and recovery. This is an important basis for a healthy and happy life. These results are now generally confirmed in all screenings of groups, such as corporate screenings.

DETECT TRENDS

The most effective prevention of fatigue and mental changes (as well as other illnesses in general) is the detection of early changes. Sensitive and slight changes can be warning signs and should be noticed and taken seriously. Our test procedures help to objectify change and to sharpen your self-awareness. These are the most frequent warning signals: loss of energy and vitality, pain, problems sleeping, and/or disorders, irritability/lack of calmness, inability to relax/restlessness/nervousness, anxiety, frequent sadness/depression, increased appetite, lack of concentration, frequent infections and mood swings.

OBJECTIFICATION

Frequently occurring symptoms and changes in social conditions are often considered normal. Unfortunately, burnout has also established itself as a ‘fashionable diagnosis’ and a synonym for excessive exertion at work. These diseases often have a long history of changes. The criterion for what is ‘normal’ is decisive. In our holistic test procedure, we can identify the smallest changes in different areas of the human body. In particular, changes in neurobiology are often an early indicator of a developing imbalance. On the basis of early recognition of such changes, targeted measures can then be initiated immediately, long before the life and health of the affected person (s) are significantly altered.

PROCESS

A new level of self-awareness and the objective analysis of your current situation using the Integral Stress Test™ are powerful triggers for enhancing your perception. We support you with the step into ‘doing’. This happens through motivation and enthusiasm as well as on the molecular level thanks to findings from brain research. At the same time, we also offer new treatment options that you can implement easily. Breaking through automatisms and establishing healthy patters of action can be applied to all areas of life. We accompany you in the first critical implementation phase as well as in the 66 days during which the new patterns of action in the brain become firm neurological connections, i.e. habits, and, should you wish, over your further path of life.
