NEUROBIOLOGY

Neurobiology is the science dedicated to the structure of the nervous system at the cellular and molecular level. We can now measure the neurobiological balance in the brain. The knowledge that certain neuro-clusters (typical value constellations) very often correspond to the same behavioural patterns makes the resulting therapy one of the most effective forms of treatment currently available. With non-drug precursors and herbal substances, the system can be brought back into balance. This alters mood, and some symptoms are significantly alleviated or even disappear. With the new energy this makes available, we are able to initiate the required changes together with you. It is our conviction that self-efficacy (i.e. the ability to implement things in life through changed behaviour) is the basis of sustainable health. However, only those who have the necessary mental-emotional and physical resources and the motivation to do so can become self-efficacious. Our problem is therefore not having the knowledge of what we should do, but implementing that knowledge. Anyone who integrates something new as a habit in their everyday life protects themselves from the loss of quality of life. This is how you can make a difference and build up long-term resources and resilience!

THE YOURPREVENTION™ STUDY

Using, the standardized Integral Stress Test™, YourPrevention™ has been analysing the systemic causes of chronic stress, exhaustion disorders, such as burnout or fatigue, and psychological disorders for several years. The integral data, consisting of biography (questionnaire), neurobiology (laboratory measurement), and physiology (heart rate variability), provide completely new data structures. The tests reveal that some symptoms occur particularly frequently and in recurring constellations. Moreover, these symptoms or changes in mood and behaviour have similar underlying neurobiological patterns. This insight into the relationship between behaviour, emotions and neurobiology has enabled us to develop completely new and more efficient approaches to solving problems - largely without drugs. It is a ray of hope for people with psychological disorders and stress-related changes in mood and energy, as well as for many chronic illnesses.

NORADRENALIN

Noradrenalin is our energy hormone. It enables us to think clearly and approach different daily tasks energetically. However, increased Noradrenalin indicates acute stress and leads to a series of adverse cascades in the body - above all inflammatory processes. Loss of, as well as excess, norepinephrine is characterized by symptoms and behaviour. In particular, mood is a typical indicator of an imbalance. If you suffer from one of the symptoms shown in the diagram, we recommend that you carry out the Integral Stress Test™.

DOPAMIN

In our view, dopamin is one of the most important substrates because it allows us to feel enthusiasm and be motivated to develop ourselves. Dopamine is the ‘happiness hormone’ and makes us feel good. If it is lacking, we tend towards strongly compensatory behaviour and addiction, and become emotionally unstable. It is one of the keys to learning and a healthy and positive attitude to life.

SEROTONIN

Serotonin is the most important stress brake, which slows us down and enables us to regenerate. Without serotonin, a balanced, happy life would probably not be possible because the evolutionary balance between activation and regeneration would not work. It is also very much involved in our emotions and regulates our impulse control. If we lack serotonin, we are more often sad and depressed. If you suffer from one of the symptoms shown in the diagram, we recommend that you carry out the Integral Stress Test™.
